Job Description: Data Entry Specialist
Ajilon is hiring multiple Data Entry
Specialists for a growing Consulting company in Nashville, TN! The ideal
candidate has intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and has a strong
typing speed. This role will give you the opportunity to analyze and manage
data, while directly supporting team leaders with projects. This is a contract
to hire opportunity, with an hourly pay rate of $17/HR. Opportunity for hybrid
flexibility after initial onsite training!
Responsibilities:
Handle highly confidential information
appropriately, while ensuring internal compliance
i.
Convert paper
files into electronic files and update the system as needed
ii.
Heavy data entry
and data tracking
iii.
Overall client
account maintenance
iv.
Additional
projects/duties as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of Data Entry or Administrative
experience required

HS Diploma
required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
·
Must have strong
proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong typing speed
·
Strong analytical
skills and attention to detail are a must!
·
Must be able to
thrive in a metric-driven environment
·
Will offer hybrid
working after initial onsite training
Hours and Location:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
